MORACE "MO" LANDY
Morace Landy is the founder of Evolution3, a keynote speaker, and a veteran of the music industry. Over decades at Atlantic, Epic, Island, and Warner/Reprise, Mo helped shape the careers of Jay-Z, Luther Vandross, The Isley Brothers, T.I., Quincy Jones, Brandy, Trey Songz, Babyface, and Missy Elliott.
In 2015, at the height of his career as Executive Vice President at Atlantic Records, he walked away from a high six-figure salary with no guarantee on the other side. Half his team followed him. Within two years, he had doubled his income and built a business rooted in integrity.
As a prostate cancer survivor, Mo knows that every day is a gift. Today, he is a leading voice on Courageous Leadership and Transformational Decision Making, helping leaders and organizations stop waiting for certainty and start making the decisions that build legacy.
